My preferred choice of preparation is scrambled with a mound of cheese on it. However if you are a consistent reader of my blog you will note that I hate dishes. Scrambled eggs create some nasty dishes.
Problem solved. (I can't believe I never thought of this by the way.) Boiled eggs! I just boil around 10 of them all at once. Then, I always have a quick boost of protein. Not to mention the clean up is fantastic. :)
Yea For Eggs!
